Three checks before a profile goes live.
- The company identity against the official register.
- Your authority, confirmed through an independently obtained company contact.
- The company’s authority over the listed domains and purchasing details.
Branden will contact you to arrange verification. We don’t ask for passwords, payment or identity documents in this form.
A reference, not a guarantee.
Suppliers can compare an order’s sender domain with your approved profile. An unlisted domain needs independent confirmation. A listed domain still does not authenticate a message or authorise an order.
Profiles expire no later than 90 days after submission. Changes and renewals need a fresh review. Full delivery sites and representative details stay private.
