Membership is checked by a person
A sign-in is not business verification. Before access is approved, we independently confirm the business and the applicant’s authority to represent it. We start with UK limited companies and LLPs.
Reports are held for review
Members submit a structured account of an order identity concern. A moderator checks supporting evidence, relevance, accuracy and whether sharing is permitted. An ordinary late payment or commercial dispute does not qualify automatically.
Search a detail you already hold
The intended member service returns counts for an exact domain, telephone number or full delivery address. No browsing of addresses, reporters or case files. A postcode alone is too broad for a private match.
Matches are a prompt to verify
A location can serve many unrelated businesses. A telephone number can be reassigned. A domain or a genuine company can be impersonated. A match is not a finding of fraud; no match is not a clean bill of health.
Corrections can stop sharing
Disputed reports are taken out of member results while reviewed. A moderator can reject, withdraw or expire a report. No public star ratings, named allegations or searchable blacklist.
